Tip# 4 -- Communicate with your credit card provider:

Right now are the best times for the credit card savvy. With all the flagrant abuses by credit card companies over the last few years,. The government has finally stepped in with a significant credit card reformation. For all the hoopla in Washington over a year ago, one might wonder what it was all about. After all, if anything changed, it was for the worse.

That's primarily because the abusive credit card issuers who have risen to power could care less about the wellbeing about fellow Americans. They benefit greatly by the status quo. They're bent on bribing the daylights out of a few influential congressmen to keep it the way it is. So, a 1 1/2-year free-for-all was granted to them where they could reign reign down their worst abuses for that time.

After that "Tribulation Period", the new CCARDA regulations will come to be enforced by the government. That hour is upon us now. In mid-February, we will finally emerge out of the badland-bandito credit card world into civilization.

The point here is that (as we all know), punishment is useless if it's it's not swift. As the day approaches, credit card issuers foresee accountability and are finally starting to mend their ways. Even now, there's a good chance you call call HSBC on that dirty-deal they've just given you and ask they to undo it. Of course, you've always been able to call but, you'd just be "wasting a nickel". Now, you have a good chance that they'll actually fix the problem. As the new regulations are "tested", expect to find favorable results for your effort. You now have the government to arm-wrestle in your behalf. Let's take back our country from the unscrupulous capitalists who prey on us by bribing our congressmen.
