The purpose of only promoting actual cash back is to escape being sucked into buying on someone else's terms only to find out that, even with rewards savings, you've still paid more then you would have at Wal*Mart. Most credit card consumers have many common needs that don't include profligate spending, especially in these times. Again, I'll repeat, the only programs worth the paper their written on are those that deliver real cash. So, here a few more of the worthwhile credit card rewards program and terms available today:

o Conditions: $50 mailed to you after you've charged $4,166.67

o Rules: $10 each month with any purchase for 1st 6 mos.;

2% for 1st $2.000 charged for gas per yr.;
0.25% on everything else up to $5.000 charged per yr.;
1% unlimited after $5.000 charged per yr.;
