  Discover's Website is Most User Friendly

  A recent poll of financial services websites gave top honors to DiscoverCard.com, the website of Discover credit cards, in the categories of user experience and website design. It's become challenging these days for financial services companies to strike a balance between user-friendliness and comprehensiveness, when there is so much information on so many products available to convey.
  
  Discover won big points for its free online bill pay portal, which allows for safe, secure payment of not only Discover card bills, but other bills, too. Apparently, Discover has found the key to loyalty with its consumers – keep the online experience engaging and not too complicated!
