BluePay announced its sixth acquisition over the past 14 months. BluePay, a full service Tier 1 merchant processing servicer based out of Naperville, Illinois, had recently announced their move to begin using the tokenization process in their credit card and electronic payment processing system. The company who specializes in credit card processing and electronic payment transactions, announced the acquisition of Landmark Merchant Solutions, LLC. Landmark a leader in providing business to business credit card processing will bring an experienced sales staff, a successful sales model, and over 5,000 new merchant accounts to BluePay's portfolio. Some of the accounts Landmark brings to BluePay are Dominos and Little Caesar's Pizza, Arby's, Subway, Drexel's Furniture, and Curve's For Women health clubs.

Kristen Gramigna, Director of BluePay, says they are very excited about the new acquisition. The company is looking forward to providing the outstanding credit card processing services that Landmark's client base has come to expect. John Rante, CEO of BluePay says that Landmark Merchant Solutions is a perfect fit to BluePay's integrated payment solutions which include debit and credit card processing as well as electronic check transactions. With BluePay, merchants are offered a variety of payment solutions anywhere from phone interactive voice response systems (IVR) to recurring or onetime payment. BluePay's tokenization reduces merchant’s liability and provides the highest level of security in storing cardholder information during a single transaction or recurring billing; eliminating the need for any merchant to store the customer's card information.

Landmark's check acceptance guarantee service, makes them a leader in processing both personal and business checks. With Landmark's service, merchants are guaranteed reimbursement of any check which was approved by Landmark at the point of sale whether it was across the U.S., Canada, or U.S. territories. Landmark will provide another valuable element to BluePay with its impressive list of partnerships with leading organizations including eBay, PayPal, Google, and MKJ Marketing. The company is also an avid supporter of the Susan G. Konen For the Cure of breast cancer and donates a portion of profits obtained from credit card and check processing transactions.
