The company was the originator of the system ProcessAway an iPhone credit card processing application. Road Merchant is Rapadev's newest application for use with the blackberry's firmware 4.2.1 or greater. The application enables the blackberry to process sales transactions over a several network connections including MDS, WAP 2.0, Direct TCP, and WiFi. In addition, Rapadev has teamed up with Prolific Payment Solutions, LLC in offering payment processing service at reasonable rates as well as customer service for 24 hours and 365 days a year. An added feature for merchants that require card swiping and retention of a printed receipt, Road Merchant offers a compact Reader/Printer device at a low discounted rate.
